{Rainy Days & Amigurumi}

Don't you just love rainy days? I do! but it is SERIOUSLY raining here, every time it thunders Cannon (1) says  "uh dat?" { What's that?} But I mean EVERY time there's the smallest amount of thunder he repeats it over and over!!!!

Yes, yes I have not used you in a long time. But with school and Novels and all that I haven't much time for amigurumi lately. I put all that aside. but you should be very pleased, indeed. because today, for the fist time in about 2 weeks, I used my knowledge, my right hand, some yarn, and you of course and thus created...are you ready?

April amigurumi!

Good evening to you. while I doing my daily 'browse' through google and flikr for more ami patterns and images, I stumbled upon this pattern from the 1800's!!! So I printed it and got right to work. I was stunned to see the difference with the ami patterns of today verses the ami patterns of the 1800's! at first it was really hard to figure out what it meant, but of course i figured it out!

and here is the finished product :D

and I added my own hat pattern...he he

and my own original peas in pod pattern

OCTOPuS

I love octopus's! I made up this random pattern, that was supposed to be pig but then I decided to make it an octopus :) LOL! super, fast, fun, and easy! it only took me like two hours to make :DDD

Teag, on the other hand, has been busing herself with making finger-crocheted bracelets :D

UMmmm forget it! this is the BEST ice cream I've ever eaten!!!! for all you red velvet lovers, You have to try this! talk about sending your taste buds on journey! LOL!

have you herd of all those earthquakes going around? well lats night my family and I experienced shaking and even saw the sliding glass doors completely spazzing out before our eyes! My mother and I, again, felt shaking this afternoon, the crystals of my lamp next to my bed (where I was sitting) were shaking even my flaming snow globe was snowing! WHAT-THE-HECK?

Brooch crazy, scarves, and amigurumi!

Hehe for the past week i have been like Obsessed with making brooches!...Yes  these area all brooches  that i actually wear, like the crazy freak I am  LOL! 

Toasty is my absolute favorite!

Moving on then...

And here we have tays classic ami creations! LOL! the brown thing on the top is actually a monkey! and the bottom is a turtle! (even though its hard to see is handsome face JK)

and to complete our tour, we have come to a flippin' awesome scarf I made with yarn and my finger! {seriously NO needles}

Bella Ami duck clothes!!!

HHEY GUys! I'm sick with the cold! I've been sneezing, coughing, and blowing my nose for the past 3 days :( But I am feeling better though :) I took this quiet day to work on  dresses for my ami duck! They turned out AWESOME! yesterday I went to Jo~anns and i got a foot of 3 super, mega, cute fabrics! I already had the ginger bread fabric left from Christmas so I used that first so i wouldn't mess up my new fabric. Tomorrow I am going to work on two more of them, because they are SO easy to make and FUN!!

Breezy days, and amigurumi

ami elephant!  Last night I FINALLY completed her!!! Plus she's even smaller than the Ami panda (see last post) She's SUPER KAWAII! and you'll never guess what her name is!I Had So much fun with this one!!!

dont'ya just love pandas? I do! this little guy took me about 2 hours to complete, and shes barely 2 inches! i made up my own pattern!


all you need is
#1. have some experience with crochet :)
#2. size b hook
#3. white and black yarn
#4. polyester fiber filling.

first Ami of 2010!!!

This is the first AMI of 2010!!! and also my very first bunny! shes about 3 inches tall and took me about 4 hours to make (<>)
Not the best bunny face ever but for my first bunny, I think I did ok!

to take these pictures i had to leave the comfort of my WARM home to go out in -28 degree weather!!!BBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRBBBBBBRRRRRRRR!!!!
